Can I park on site?

Not directly at the house, but in nearby multi-storey car parks (charges apply) – for example the Parkhaus Ritterhaus on Brauhausgasse or the car park on Dachritzstraße.

Is there a lift?

You reach most apartments via the stairs, the Gaming Suite also by lift. Each apartment shows which floor it is on.

Is the apartment good for working?

All of them have fast WiFi. A dedicated workspace is available in, for example, the Gaming Suite, the Superior Apartment and Oper Suites 3 and 7.

What's in the kitchen?

Every kitchen has a fridge, freezer, hob and oven. Many also have a microwave, dishwasher or Nespresso machine – details are listed with each apartment.

How does check-in work?

Contactless and on your own – depending on the house, via key safe, smart lock or electronic door lock.

Can I stay longer?

Yes. Stays of 28 nights or more are possible. Tell us about your project and we'll find the right apartment.
